line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（二）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（三）具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（四）具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（五）参加本次采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法违规记录；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（六）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（七）根据采购项目提出的特殊条件：</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">7.1、竞争性谈判申请人及其现任法定代表人不得具有行贿犯罪记录；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">7.2、具有国家建设部颁发的工程造价咨询甲级及以上资质；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">7.3、提供至少3个房屋建筑类工程量清单编制（含预算控制价）或控制价审核服务业绩（提供合同复印件）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px; line-height: 29px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">七、获取竞争性谈判文件的时间、地点、方式及竞争性谈判文件售价：</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;
